Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive efficiency through effective management and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee product registration processes and coordinate with internal teams and local consultants to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Conduct market research and prepare pricing analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance competitive positioning.
Maintain and manage insurance records, ensuring the organization meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
Supervise human resources functions, ensuring accurate employee records, contract management, and timely payroll processing.
Oversee the operations of the sales counter, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and efficiency in service delivery.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for operational improvements and expansion.
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to headquarters, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
Address and fulfill various operational requests from headquarters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or Master’s degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
3 to 4 years of experience in operations management or any relevant field.
