Be aware of store KPIs (key performance indicators) and contribute to store sales

Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions
Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly
Connect Consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools
Guide Consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively
Replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure full product offer representation
Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately following cash protection procedures
Use selling expertise to maximize add-on sales and build customer loyalty
Minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor
Perform all store operations safely and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications
Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial-focused retail environment
