You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by:

• Passionately inspiring, serving, and selling to consumers
• Diligently executing store operations

Key Responsibilities

• Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
• Be aware of store KPIs and contribute to store sales
• Improve the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards
• Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting our 6 Values
• Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions
• Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs
• Connect consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools for a seamless shopping experience
• Be aware of all omnichannel related sales tools
• Guide consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, replenishing merchandising fixtures
• Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
• Use selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty
• Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor
• Perform all store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures
• Maintain an appealing, easy-to-shop environment by executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Know the store KPIs and how to personally contribute to them
• Play a role in maximizing sales and minimizing loss
• Stay aware of competitors and market trends
• Offer suggestions and ideas to improve operations and processes
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members
• Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and welcome opportunities to increase store performance
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance
• Complete all applicable training programs and apply the learning on the job
• Always work with a team-first mindset, respecting colleagues and contributing to an inclusive environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably between 1-2 months of experience in a sports/fashion retail environment
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
