We are currently seeking 2 Key Account Supervisors based in Rabat and Marrakech. You will play a pivotal role in driving the achievement of sales and visibility targets for your designated accounts. This position involves ensuring the successful execution of core distribution objectives while aligning Nestlé’s strategic goals with the specific needs of customers. The primary focus will be on developing and nurturing mutually beneficial business opportunities.
In this role, you will be expected to maximize both short- and long-term sales and profitability while building enduring, successful partnerships that position Nestlé as the preferred supplier.
A Day in the Life of a Key Account Supervisor
Increase coverage and penetration for the respective sector in line with company objectives.
Achieve the set coverage, core distribution, and visibility of Nestlé products within the channel/customer while balancing customer priorities with category objectives.
Effectively develop and manage long-term customer relationships.
Develop, negotiate, implement, and monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with company objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize the trade investment for respective customers.
Analyze customers’ performance and recommend action to accelerate growth.
Constantly work to improve ROI through the management of financial performance.
Accountable for the achievement of territory sales volumes and targets by category.
Monitor customer business performance and jointly develop action plans to accelerate growth or address any shortfalls.
Prepare and conduct regular customer business planning reviews and propose actions to accelerate growth.
Develop and keep up-to-date Customer Profiles/Fact Books.
Responsible for forecasting sales volumes for the respective sector.
Ensure that debtors’ days/collection and bad goods targets are met monthly.

1 year of experience in Modern Trade.
