Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Develop annual Brand/Therapy plans with innovative strategies at the clinic, digital, pharmacy, and patient level to drive top-line growth and sustainable, profitable business in line with global strategy.
Convert strategies into creative and effective promotional tactics to achieve therapy/brand leadership, customer loyalty, and motivate the team.
Analyze and allocate resources among therapies and brands in accordance with product lifecycle and market opportunity.
Evaluate strategy and promotional plan effectiveness continuously, adjust based on market dynamics and financial performance.
Communicate with the sales team through various media, guide and brief them to improve clinic performance and implementation of strategies.
Use market analysis tools (IQVIA, Pharma Data, etc.) and competitor information to monitor therapy and brand performance and generate insights.
Conduct fieldwork to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and KBLs and collect multi-stakeholder market insights.
Identify new products in desirable segments and manage successful launches and portfolio maintenance.
Conduct market research to identify therapeutic gaps at the HCP, patient, therapy, and stakeholder levels.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Medical background; experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
Strong Marketing and Selling skills, transversal team management experience.
High integrity, confidentiality, and business acumen.
Business development skills and excellent communication.
Bilingual in French and English.
