Key Responsibilities:
Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
Be aware of store KPI’s and contribute to store sales
Improve the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards

Use seasonal product and brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions
Communicate product features and benefits clearly
Connect consumers to digital & omnichannel tools for a seamless experience
Guide consumers through digital touchpoints in the store
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures
Complete sales transactions accurately, following cash protection procedures
Utilize selling expertise to maximize add-on sales and build customer loyalty at the cash desk
Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor
Perform all store operations safely and efficiently
Comply with operational policies and procedures
Maintain an appealing, easy-to-shop environment through merchandising and housekeeping standards
Understand store KPIs and contribute to achieving them
Stay aware of competitors
Offer ideas to improve operations and processes
Collaborate productively with team members
Welcome learning opportunities and boost store performance
Complete training programs and apply learning on the job

Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably between 1-2 months’ experience in a sports/fashion customer & commercial-focused retail environment
Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
