This hybrid role combines sales and international business skills to help us expand our global reach while supporting our diverse client base. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential international clients, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Schedule and manage appointments while accommodating different time zones
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and client details in our CRM
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies in global markets
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients
• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance sales techniques and international business knowledge

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) with a neutral accent
• Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a commitment to personal and professional growth
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
