Receptionist Opportunity in Marrakech
Step into the heart of Marrakech and join our beautifully curated riad as the face of an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for a warm, organized, and service-driven Receptionist to create meaningful connections with travelers from around the world, in a place where every arrival is personal and every stay tells a story.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care.
Provide local insights, share recommendations, and ensure each guest experiences the magic of Moroccan hospitality and the best of Marrakech.
A customer-focused environment requiring strong communication skills, fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
Manage multiple tasks with a positive, professional approach to every interaction.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience working in a hotel/riad in a polyvalent receptionist or guest services role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office and other booking systems.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
