Role Description
The Bilingual Recruiter / Recruteur(se) Bilingue will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support 1 Clean Air’s continued growth across Ontario and Quebec in a full-time, remote capacity.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, creating and publishing job postings, sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels, and conducting initial screening interviews in both English and French.
The role also involves coordinating interviews with hiring managers, providing clear candidate feedback, supporting offer negotiations, and assisting with the onboarding process. The recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, ensure a professional and positive candidate experience, and work closely with department leaders to align recruitment strategies with operational needs.
Qualifications
Speed of execution, Smart – You’ll be required to fill 10+ positions per month.
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French: ability to conduct interviews, create job postings, and communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders in both languages.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize competing hiring needs, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, administrative assistance, or a related field.
