Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Planning, organization, and coordination abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making
• Leadership, including developing others, effective delegation, and a sales-driven commercial perspective
• Good command of MS Office programs, especially in Excel
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a team, detail and result oriented, analytical, strong communication and human relations skills

Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for the product, sales, training and management of the team, customer, visual and store general expense management in the store, to take action by identifying development areas, to follow the actions taken. Must also communicate and coordinate closely with the HQ in Turkey on all related matters.

Operations

• Manage product acceptance processes with the planning team; ensure timely delivery to final consumers
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance within the sales area
• Monitor and control campaign and project operations in stores
• Manage store expenses within budget
• Collaborate with Category Manager to achieve regional sales goals
• Ensure implementation of labeling, counting, and stock inspection processes
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Support store KPIs such as UPT, CR, SDH
• Implement effective stock control, workforce planning, and cost resolution
• Coach Store Managers on compliance across several areas (Health & Safety, Merchandising, Loss Prevention, etc.)
• Drive business development through continuous operational improvement
• Manage retail project delivery with minimal disruption and focus on customer satisfaction

Management

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to improve KPIs and achieve retail goals
• Train, develop, and evaluate store teams for optimal customer service

Commercial

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders
• Stay updated on company agreements affecting store operations

Auditing

• Conduct monthly store visits to ensure process and standard compliance
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports
