Position Summary
Answer phone calls and record messages.
Create and maintain filing systems.
File and maintain applicant interview documentation and records.
Process employment applications.
Create and type office correspondence using a computer.
Audit and coordinate distribution of paychecks.
Communicate job offer details to applicants and collect necessary documents for employment verification.
Create new employee personnel files.
Design and update employee communication bulletin boards.
Post legal and regulatory HR notices for employees as required by law.
Follow all company safety and security procedures.
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
Assist other employees and ensure prompt guest service.
Develop and maintain positive work relationships.
Use professional language and complete written materials accurately.
Enter and locate work-related information using computer systems.
Perform job duties such as moving, lifting objects up to 10 lbs.
Perform other related duties as required by supervisors.
