We are looking for a customer service specialist to manage and follow up with our app users. The team member’s job is to ensure that every customer who has used the app is contacted, asked about their experience, and any negative user experience is addressed.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. It is a plus if you are located in Casablanca.
