Due to local law regulations, we are looking for a local candidate fluent in French, Arabic and English.
Responsible for all front office functions and staff including Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop. Directs and works with managers and employees to execute front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Continuously works on improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing department financial performance.
