Delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures
Handling reservations, room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detail
Acting as the main point of contact for guests, responding to requests and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards

Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly
Advanced proficiency in MS Office required
