Salary: €60,000.00 – €73,000 / year + discretionary Bonus + benefits

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Morocco)

Languages: Fluent in French and English

The role will cover the Mediterranean Region which includes 8-10 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L management:
  • Maintain net contribution at target level
  • Control costs (direct and indirect)
  • Improve profitability through structural changes and automation
  • Implement systems to increase productivity
  • Save costs in inefficient areas
  • Optimize and secure middle management
• Operations management:
  • Maximize utilization ratio
  • Better planning via training, automation, and scheduling improvements
  • Enhance efficiencies in inspections and audits
  • Centralized management of contracts and due diligence
  • Develop field teams through training and qualification programs
  • Empower operations to engage in client meetings with sales and KAM
• Performance of field and back-office teams (Customer satisfaction, claims & complaints):
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Keep claims ratio below 0.2%
  • Ensure smooth startup with big customers (kickoff meetings, SOP validation, etc.)
• Expertise development:
  • Promote progression from QC to QA to QE
  • Develop learning journeys with the technical team
  • Align expertise with sales and lab strategies
  • Implement expert technical audit teams
• Business Growth Contribution:
  • Support sourcing and supplier management
  • Develop value-added solutions
  • Create expert technical audits
  • Enhance fast-to-market audits and services
  • Create new solutions based on customer challenges and field knowledge

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French
• Proven experience in quality inspection leadership within an international setting
• Background in Fashion Textiles or Manufacturing Textiles industry
• Expert knowledge in inspection and audit practices, P&L management
• Understanding of the global softline industry and customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience managing regional teams
• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or international experience preferred)
