Salary: €60,000.00 – €73,000 / year + discretionary Bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities

P&L Management:

• Maintain net contribution at target level
• Control on costs (direct, indirect)
• Control and improve profitability
• Optimize production costs through structural changes and automation
• Pursue implementation of systems to increase productivity
• Save costs in non-efficient areas to enable better profile in other areas
• Optimize and secure middle management

Operations Management:

• Maximize utilization ratio
• Enable better planning through anticipation, training, guidance, and scheduling automation
• Maximize efficiencies on inspections and audits
• Centralized management of contract and due diligence
• Upgrade field teams through training and qualification programs
• Empower middle management
• Enable operations management involvement in customer meetings/reviews with sales and KAM

Performance of Field & Back-Office Teams:

• Improve customer satisfaction by reducing claims and complaints
• Keep claims ratio below 0.2%
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers in coordination with sales and KAM

Expertise Development:

• Elevate QC to QA to QE levels
• Build learning journey and qualifications with technical team
• Align expertise with sales and lab strategies
• Implement expert technical audit teams

Contribution to Business Growth:

• Solutions to support sourcing and supplier management
• Support in developing value-added solutions
• Develop expert technical audits
• Reinforce fast-to-market audits and solutions
• Develop new services based on customer challenges and field insights

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French highly preferred
• Proven leadership experience in quality inspection in international context
• Background in Fashion Textile or Manufacturing Textile industry
• Strong knowledge of inspection and audit practices, with P&L focus
• Expertise in softline industries and global market/cultural knowledge
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team guidance experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or global exposure preferred
