Regional Sales Manager
Purpose:
The Sales and Medical Manager is responsible for leading the sales and medical team to ensure delivery of the top-line sales budget and profit, as well as prescription of Health Care Professionals (Hospitals, Doctors, Specialists) in line with country objectives and brand strategies. He/She is also responsible for ensuring a high skill level in the team and fostering talent development.
Key Tasks:
Ensure business goals are achieved through effective team management and motivation.
Prepare and implement a business plan to achieve strategic objectives and sales targets.
Actively engage with key opinion leaders and manage the sales force on a daily basis.
Manage team performance and develop a productive team culture and working environment.
Identify skills gaps and design appropriate development plans.
Recognize and nurture talents for senior positions.
Ensure compliance with Gold Standards in sales and medical operations.

University scientific degree
More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field
Experience as a Medical / Pharmaceutical Representative

IT skills (Excel, CRM)
Excellent team player
