Job Description
Plans the production capacity (equipment, personnel) and schedules (including additional shifts) according to customer requirements.
Coordinates the optimal utilization of production equipment.
Ensures on-time production.
Controls achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets according to schedule.
Supports production control.
Analyzes production results from the previous day (efficiency, quality, waste, rejects, etc.) and identifies necessary countermeasures (e.g. KOSU, KATA) and ensures escalation.
Ensures continuous optimization and improvement of the production process.
Checks workplace ergonomics and initiates necessary improvement measures.
Qualifications
Level of Education: Engineer or Master’s degree.
Branch of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent.
Experience: 5 years in the same position in the automotive industry.
Languages: French and English are mandatory.
