Follow shift handover protocol and ensure data accuracy in handover meetings
Maintain and update all visual indicators within the scope
Facilitate inter-departmental communication (quality issues, assembly issues, plan deviations, scrap, missing material etc.)
Support 5S implementation and ergonomic improvements
Ensure proper material management (FIFO, handling, storage etc.)
Actively support continuous improvement activities (KATA, KAIZEN etc.)
Qualifications
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree or more
Field of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent
Experience: 5 years in the automotive industry
Language: French
