Key Responsibilities
P&L Management
Maintain net contribution at target level
Control costs (direct, indirect)
Control and improve profitability
Optimize production costs through structural changes and automation
Implement systems to increase productivity
Save costs in non-efficient areas
Optimize and secure middle management
Operations Management
Maximize utilization ratio
Enable better planning through anticipation, training, and automation
Maximize efficiencies on inspections and audits
Centralize contract and due diligence management
Train and qualify field teams
Empower middle management and operations teams to participate in client reviews
Performance of Field and Back-office Teams
Improve customer satisfaction by reducing claims
Keep claims ratio below 0.2%
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Expertise Development
Enhance QC to QA to QE progression
Develop qualification and learning paths with technical team
Expand expertise on main categories aligned with sales and lab strategy
Implement technical audit team
Contribution to Business Growth
Support sourcing and supplier management

Qualifications
Fluent in English and French
Proven leadership in quality inspection in an international setting
Experience in Fashion or Manufacturing Textile industry
Strong knowledge of inspection and audit practices
Expertise in softline industries and global market trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or international experience preferred
