For the new tobacco factory in TETOUAN, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage materials storage, inventory levels, and ensure smooth warehouse operations in line with JTI standards.

• Manage all materials storage (Tobacco, Non-tobacco materials, Finished Goods, and Spare Parts) in the warehouse.
• Control inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production and distribution.
• Lead warehouse team for timely and accurate delivery to internal customers.
• Monitor operations and ensure accurate transactions in SAP, MOM aligned with JTI standards and safety protocols.
• Resolve SAP and MOM issues; ensure process compliance with legal and financial policies.
• Ensure safety of personnel and proper material handling.
• Oversee inventory counting activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams.
• Manage raw materials and spare parts in both internal and external warehouses.
• Maintain clean and organized storage environments.
• Ensure inventory record accuracy and compliance with IWS and MOM practices.
• Support for physical counts and financial closing tasks.
• Drive team development, set objectives, and empower performance.
• Organize, assess, and train the team, manage overtime and time off.

Education

University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
• Experience and understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse operations.

Skills

• Language & Technical: Fluent in English, advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI); SAP is a plus.
